Jammer Dash: Beta v0.233 Update

The update v0.233 has been released. Here's what's new:

• Overhauled settings
• Added "uploaded" option on main menu
• Added a counter-idle animation when not being afk in menu
• Some music visualizer changes
• Removed keyboard button navigation
• Updated server UI
• Added an option to change characters (works on v0.24+)
• Removed mods
• Updated level list UI
• 1 new background (by @𝕌𝕥𝕤𝕚𝕚, applied to "default" backgrounds")
• Changed the February background to not be applied to the default bgs
